Shipping Policy
NFB Beauty ships all orders via standard shipping unless otherwise specified at checkout. Processing times are separate from shipping times and are between 2-4 business days not including weekends or holidays. Once an order has been shipped, NFB Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
All sales are final. NFB Beauty does not accept returns or exchanges. In the event that a customer receives an incorrect item or an item arrives damaged, the customer must notify NFB Beauty within 48 hours of the delivery date by emailing shop@nfbbeauty.com with clear photographic and/or video evidence of the issue, including original packaging.
Upon verification, NFB Beauty reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to either replace the item at no additional cost or issue a refund to the original form of payment.
NFB Beauty is not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they have been transferred to and scanned by USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Customers are solely responsible for filing any claims directly with the shipping carrier.
By completing a purchase with NFB Beauty, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Shipping Policy.
