Return Policy

 

All sales at NFB Beauty are final. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us and we will gladly replace it.

 

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing shop@nfbbeauty.com with clear photos and/or video of the damaged item and packaging. Once reviewed, the item will either be replaced at no additional cost or a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

 

NFB Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Customers must submit a claim directly with the shipping carrier for lost package inquiries.
